NATIONAL READING DAY 2025

National Reading Day 2025 is set to be observed on June 19. This day commemorates Puthuvayil Narayana Panicker (P.N. Panicker), who played a pivotal role in advancing reading and literacy in Kerala,. The occasion seeks to revive the culture of reading among individuals across all ages and backgrounds.

WORLD BOOK AND COPYRIGHT DAY 2025

World book day 2025: This year's theme for World Book and Copyright Day is "The role of literature in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)". International Book Day: This day is also known as International Day of the Book or World Book Day. World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated on April 23 every year.

PUSTAKOPAHAR 2025

A Pustakophar program was organized for the students in Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 3 Pathankot. The students presented books of their previous classes as gifts. Principal Paramhans Prasad Yadav has appreciated the campaign of donating books and helping each other. Such events can empower students not only academically but also socially. Program coordinator librarian Shahbaz Ali said that from next year book gift programs will be organized on a large scale. Such events develop a sense of social service in students. Shri Roop Singh, Smt. Neelam Bhanot, etc. were present on this occasion.

Concerning REPUBLIC DAY 2025

Republic Day commemorates the January 26, 1950, approval of India's constitution and the nation's transition to a republic. The day is celebrated annually with a display of cultural and military splendor. In a spectacular demonstration of military power, members of the armed forces march along the Kartavya Path in New Delhi. Everything else that takes on throughout the nation on this auspicious day is overshadowed by the spectacular performance on Kartavya Path.

The festivities, which begin with a magnificent procession, take place in the capital, New Delhi, starting from Raisina Hill, next to Rashtrapati Bhavan (the President's House), and continuing past India Gate, along the Kartavya Path, and ending at the ancient Red Fort. By erecting exquisite tableaus, the Indian states pay homage to India, its unity in diversity, and its rich cultural legacy on this day through ceremonial parades along the Kartavya Path. The Republic Day Parade 2025 tableaux's theme has been determined to be "स्वर्णिम भारत विरासत और विकास"|
