The National Cadet Corps (NCC), established in 1948 as the world's largest uniformed youth organization, celebrated its 76th Anniversary on November 24, 2024.
National Book Week was observed at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 3 Mamun Cantt Pathankot, under the direction of Principal Mr. Paramhans Prasad Yadav. The school library hosted a book display during National Book Week 2024, which ran from November 14 to November 20, 2024. The book display was opened by the nominated chairman Lieutenant Karnal, Mr. Ajay Kumar, who cut the ribbon in the library. On this day, all of the school's teachers and students thoroughly liked the book display and became acquainted with a variety of books. Mr. Shahbaz Ali, a librarian, planned National Book Week 2024.
